KNR Building is managed and owned by George Rodwas. George is a qualified and insured gold licence builder (Gold Licence Number 242939C) with worldwide experience in building, carpentry and joinery, painting and built-in furniture fitting out.

 

George began building in 1993 as a Licensed Contractor for building maintenance and fit outs.  Since then he has expanded his knowledge with qualifications in:

 

• Building Contracting Management

• Carpentry and Joinery

• French Polishing

• Welding Gas Metal

• Graining and Marbling

• Waterproofing Wet Area preparation

• Asbestos Removal

• National Work Health Safety

to now hold a Gold Contractor Licence and be an experienced Master Builder. 

 

With over 25 year's experience, George will manage your building or renovation project to ensure its successful completion.   From architectural and structural plans for council through to building new homes, granny flats,  first floor additions, federation and heritage renovations, bathroom and kitchen renovations, decking and pergola patio awnings, and extensions, every project is finished on time and to a fixed price.
